The Dilemma

My figure has become a bit round and my bank account is a bit lean. Is it possible to eat well on a smaller budget? The mission is to tighten the purse strings while improving my family's diet. If all goes well I'll have a smaller waist line and a larger nest egg. The catch is my goal must be accomplished without all that store-hopping and coupon-cutting. Who has time for such things? Speaking of time, the is one last stipulation... all meals must be fast and easy to prepare.
